These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DecalTown website operated by DecalTown (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
DecalTown is a property information website that helps you browse homes for sale, use illustrative buying tools, read property advice and contact estate agents about listings. We are not the seller of the properties shown and we are not an estate agency acting for you unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

Listing particulars (including price, availability, photographs, floorplans, descriptions, EPC information and local area notes) are provided for general information. They may be supplied by third-party agents or data sources and can be incomplete, out of date or incorrect.
Tools on DecalTown — including affordability estimates, online house valuation ranges, My Home equity illustrations, mortgage repayment examples and stamp duty calculators — produce indicative figures only.
When you use “Email agent” or similar enquiry forms, you ask us to pass your details and message to the relevant agent so they can contact you. Agents are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their response times, advice, fees or conduct.
Phone numbers shown after “Call agent” are provided for convenience where available. Confirm the number and identity of the business before sharing sensitive information.
The DecalTown name, site design, logos we supply, and original content we create are owned by us or our licensors. Property photos and listing text may belong to the listing agents or other rights holders. You may view content for personal use; you may not copy, republish or commercially exploit it without permission.
The site may link to external websites (for example maps or agent resources). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings and tool outputs are accurate or complete.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from your use of DecalTown, reliance on listing information, or use of calculators. Our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to £100, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK.
